SALESPEOPLE.
Sales Commission is 20% on each completed sale, including web site packages, banner ads, graphic design, web site maintenance plans, and all other services. There is a potential to make as much money as you want in our sales department, all you need is a little ambition! No cost to you to sell, just need a printer and a drive to succeed. GRAPHIC DESIGNERS.
A graphic designer produces visual solutions to the communication needs of clients, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Designers need imaginative flair, awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design.

Appropriate medium and styles are selected in conjunction with the client's requirements. By providing quality visuals it is hoped the profit margins of the client will increase as potential customers become more informed or persuaded by the graphics.

The graphic designer will be required to:

develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues;
think creatively to produce new ideas;
use innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client;
multi-task: graphic designers often work on more than one design brief at a time;
use a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design;
produce accurate and high quality work;
contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
keep abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs.
work well in a team, with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, website designers and marketing specialists;
work with tight deadlines.

WEB DEVELOPERS.
BKD is looking for a Web developer / Programmer. Our ideal candidate has 2 years working experience building high-end applications and web sites for clients. He/She should be able to hand code but be familiar with rapid development tools. Core competency include: D/HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP, ADO, Access, SQL Server, Database Design, E-commerce integration, Flash Action Scripting, PHP, MySQL, XML. Our company develops high-end web sites for clients around the world. We offer a competitive salary and a relaxed, supportive working environment with many opportunities to advance your skills. Preference will be given to those candidates with real world work experience. Those candidates with a desire to learn, work in a team environment and grow with our young company are encouraged to apply. Strong English Language skills (Oral and written) are required.

INTERNS.
This is a non-paying position for individuals who seek real world experience in web design. The successful candidate will propose ideas and layouts for various sections of customer websites, update and maintain content on various sites, research, and propose technologies for websites. Attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, knowledge of HTML, and an understanding of vector and raster computer graphics are required. Must be enrolled in a web design or visual communications program and have solid experience with Photoshop, Flash, HTML, and web design. Experience in typography a plus. Must provide a portfolio for review.
